Glen Cove Sections 1 and 2 – These are some of the Memorial Park Neighborhood’s largest lots, most featuring 100’ front feet of width. The median square footage of the lots is 15,000 SF +/- with some lots as large as 40,000 SF. Some of the lots back up to the Ima Hogg Bird Sanctuary and others back up to deep beautiful ravines. Many of these homes feature designs by Brickmoon Design Group, John Sullivan, Greg Swedburg, and Robert Dame. Glen Cove Section 3 – This heavily wooded section of Glen Cove features many majestic live oak trees that in places provide a complete street arch creating a shady, peaceful atmosphere. Situated just a few short blocks from Memorial Park, these lots range in size from approximately 5,400 SF to 8,400 SF. Most of the homes are in the 4,000 to 5,000 Square Foot range. The newer homes were designed by well known designers such as John Sullivan, Robert Dame and international architect David Curiel.
