Arlington Court is a patio home community of 66 homes on 72 originally platted lots, adjacent to Memorial Park. This monitored access community has a Courtesy Officer on duty 24/7/365. Arlington Court is a combination of private and public streets with public utilities. There are homes in Arlington Court with both Memorial Park views as well as beautiful ravine views. The home sites range in size from approximately 5,200-20,000 square feet. Many of the homes are between 4,000-5,000 square feet.
